Operations Manager

Beechwood Park seeks to appoint an Operations Manager to join our team.

Reporting to the Bursar, the role of the Operations Manager is to ensure efficient and effective practices are in place to make the school a safe environment for pupils, staff and visitors. 

The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of the school’s operational services (non-teaching), and  that school policies and practices are fit for purpose and consistent with the regulatory framework for Independent Schools.  This broad role encompasses Health and Safety, catering services (outsourced), cleaning and housekeeping, school transportation, on-site medical provision, holiday clubs, external lettings and compliance.
